I just had a terrible real estate experience and was telling a co-worker about it.  He told me that I needed to call Mike Rizzo and get the true and accurate picture.  I called Mike and we sat down and talked about what I was looking for.  He thought he could help me so I decided to give it another shot.  Mike set me up with a couple of lenders to choose from to make sure we were looking in the right price range and they would have a program where I'd be comfortable with the monthly payment.  We were soon looking at houses.  Mike only showed me houses that met my criteria and not just any houses in the area.  We went to several houses and Mike was very patient with me.  We found a house and wrote an offer and got it.  Mike handled everything and made sure I was well-represented during all the stages of the escrow including the inspection issues.  I will recommend all my friends, co-workers, and relatives to Mike.  He does a wonderful job and he'll be my realtor for life.  Thanks for taking the pain out of being a first time home buyer.

A few months ago, I met Mike Rizzo at Costco. We talked at length about real estate and the market in general. I was given Mike's number by a friend and co-worker who lived in Phoenix. I currently live in CA. I was looking for an investment property with hopes of eventually moving to the Phoenix area.
